The ConneX Link gateway is a hardened device that sits next to the instrument, takes the data feed directly, and routes it to ConneX Core over a private APN on a global cellular network. Multi-carrier failover is built in. A single global SIM provides coverage across 200+ countries. Link supports 2-way operation for remote configuration and firmware updates.

Where a point-of-care instrument already runs on a Windows computer with reliable internet, the ConneX Link Agent is available as a lighter, software-only alternative — same data path, delivered without additional hardware.

ConneX Core is where the intelligence lives. Results are processed, validated, and governed. Fleet operations, analytics dashboards, advanced error analytics for troubleshooting, and Quality Management — in-run QC, external quality assessment, and calibration cadence across the fleet — all sit here. Core is also the single portal where you manage everything: every gateway, every connector, every site. Hosting is configured to your program: shared cloud, dedicated cloud, or on-premise.

Bridge is an optional collection of destination connectors — LIS, EMR, national HMIS (including DHIS2), data warehouses. Each connector is licensed individually, so you take only the ones your destinations require and skip the rest. Bridge connectors are managed in the same Core portal as your Link gateways.

Bridge connectors are released as partner programs call for them. Integration is delivered via custom solutions tailored to your protocols and destinations.
