Entry-level cloud option for small pilots and rapid deployments. Shared cloud, short contract, credit-card friendly.
Core tiers
Four tiers for ConneX Core.
From early pilots to national-scale, self-hosted deployments: the tiers below differ in hosting model, scale, security posture, and support depth. Talk to us for pricing tailored to your program.
For mid-scale implementations that need stronger security and richer analytics. Shared cloud, longer commitment, more headroom.
Dedicated environment with full compliance, security, and scale. HIPAA / ISO 27001 / GDPR posture, dedicated support, multi-year commitment.
Installed on the client's own infrastructure with full control over residency, backup, and disaster-recovery policy.
Tier-level commercial terms — pricing, contract length, payment options — are shared as part of the engagement scoping. Talk to us →

Picking a tier
Start with the program. The tier follows.
The right tier for ConneX Core depends on the shape of the program — how many devices, what country, who's accountable for the data, and what destinations matter. Most engagements start with a scoping conversation:
- How many sites, how many devices, what kind of growth curve.
- What sovereignty and compliance constraints apply (residency, audit, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Which downstream destinations are in scope today, and which are likely next year.
- How support is owned: by your team, by BAO Systems, or jointly.
From there we recommend a tier and a deployment plan, and adjust as the program scales.
